H10 Marketing is a full-service design agency delivering web development, SEO, social media, branding, and print solutions. We collaborate with photographers and videographers to offer a complete creative service. With over 200 clients, we work across industries, supporting sole traders to multi-million-pound organisations. Most of our tight-knit team has worked together for over 12 years, with our newest member here for five. We’re growing and seeking someone to join us for website production at this exciting stage.


Role Overview

We are looking for an organised and driven individual to manage the population and delivery of websites to a high standard through following established processes. This role follows a structured development path, with full training provided to ensure progression through the following stages.

Responsibilities & Development Stages

Stage 1: Website Delivery & Content Management 


  • Become fully proficient in populating and delivering website projects to a high standard using Shopify and Duda, you will be responsible for the population of the website, not the design or programming.
  • Gather and organise all required content, assets, and information from clients.
  • Source, select, and manage images for website content.
  • Coordinate resources to ensure timely project completion.
  • Maintain clear and structured communication with clients throughout the process
  • Populate and manage product listings on e-commerce websites.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency by conducting thorough quality checks before project completion.


Stage 2: Multi-Project Management & Coordination


  • Manage multiple client projects while maintaining your high delivery standards.
  • Use Asana to track project progress, manage tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure programming, content creation, and design approvals happen on schedule. This ensures you have everything needed to populate and complete the website on time.
  • Ensure internal teams have the resources and information needed to complete their tasks on time.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure all requirements from them are met.
  • Attend client meetings.


As your role develops, your responsibilities will expand. As a multi-service agency, we may require you to take on additional tasks and manage other projects within the business.


Training & Development


  • Full training will be provided on our internal systems and workflows.
  • The goal is for you to develop a deep understanding of our processes, enabling you to support and train others if needed.
  • We expect a learning curve of approximately 18 months to fully master all aspects of the role, though productivity is expected within the first few weeks.
